Important new information.
Check out the NEW AMA annual
release form, fill it out once and it is good for the entire season. The
release must be printed out in color and must be notarized.
Adult Release:
Minor Release:
We will also have the AMA annual release forms available on race dates,
please note that the MINOR release form does require BOTH PARENT'S
signatures, we will have a notary available to notarize your form, but she
will need to witness both parents and minor's signatures. There will not be
a fee for the notarization, and we will send in your forms free of charge.
We will also send in your completed notarized forms for you if you bring
them with you on race dates.
